Delete your account

CRMbySSPL website and the CRMbySSPL Android app, by Swetanshika Solutions Private Limited

You can ask us to delete your CRMbySSPL account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This works the same whether you use the CRM on the website or in the Android app.

How to request deletion

  1. Send us an email from the email address you log in with: support@crmbysspl.com, subject Delete my CRMbySSPL account. Include your name, login email, mobile number and your company's name in the CRM.
  2. Say whether you want your own user account deleted, or (company owner or administrator only) your whole company account.
  3. We confirm the request with you, usually within 2 working days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Team members can also ask their company's CRM administrator, who can switch off or remove their user under Team in the CRM straight away.

What we delete

  • Your user profile: name, email, mobile number, password, phone extension and app login sessions.
  • Your duty locations (GPS) and visit check-ins from the app.
  • Your team chat messages, notifications and personal task reminders.
  • For a whole company account: all leads, contacts, tasks, chats, call logs, locations, quotations, products, stock and other CRM data of the company, and its users.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Invoices, credit notes, payments and accounts records that your company issued are kept for 8 years, as required by Indian GST and tax law. They are not used for anything else and are deleted after that.
  • Records that belong to your company (for example leads you worked on) stay with your company when only your user account is deleted; your name is removed from them where the law allows.
  • Server security logs are deleted automatically within 90 days.
